Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Blackstone Cabinetry, we believe in producing the highest quality cabinets possible. We promise to manufacture our products with the highest standards of workmanship and materials available. We value you as a customer, and proudly stand behind your purchase with our warranty. Our cabinets are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential usage for the life of the product. This warranty is non-transferable.
During this warranty period, Blackstone Cabinetry will repair or replace, at our option, any cabinet or its component which proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not include service, labor, or transportation charges related to the removal or installation of defective parts.
This warranty shall not apply to cabinetry or parts that have been subjected to alteration, modification, accident, damage in transit, abnormal use, extreme temperature, moisture levels, or abrasive cleaning chemicals. This warranty does not apply to any products used or installed in conjunction with Blackstone cabinets such as plumbing fixtures, counter tops, or appliances. Use of Blackstone cabinetry or parts contrary to instructions furnished by Blackstone will void this warranty.
Claims under this warranty must be filed with the business from which the product was purchased. A copy of the original purchaser's dated receipt must be submitted with all claims to preserve the rights under this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and Blackstone Cabinetry reserves the right to inspect the claimed defective cabinets. Replacements will be invoiced upon shipment and credit issued upon the return and inspection of the defective product.
The following will be considered during inspection before credit is granted;
Awareness Agreement: This warranty is null and void on any cabinet with wood or painted doors if the purchaser does not sign the Wood or Painted Awareness Agreement.
Door Warpage: Doors with warpage of less than twice the standard tolerance must remain installed for at least 6 months before replacement is considered. Doors with minor warpage will typically return to a normal flat position after conditioning to the environment. Doors over forty-two inches carry no implied or stated warranty
Finish Deviations: Finish deviations must be inspected by an authorized Blackstone representative. Determination will be made following the inspection whether to repair in the field or to return the product to the factory for refinishing or replacement. No field repair may be made without prior approval from Blackstone.
Stain Variations: Since no two trees are identical, woods can be expected to differ in grain pattern and color. Color variances also occur as finishes mellow with age. These variations will cause noticeable differences between samples and your finished cabinets. There can be differences across the doors of your kitchen in color tone due to lighting and variations in grain from one piece of wood to another.
Thermofoil: Thermofoil & Laminated finishes will be excluded from this warranty without the use of properly-installed heat shields adjacent to appliances or fixtures that generate high temperatures.
Replacements & repairs are contingent upon the current product offerings of Blackstone Cabinetry at the time of the claim. If a warranty claim is filed after a Blackstone product becomes obsolete or disconÂtinued, Blackstone Cabinetry will replace the affected component with a new component of same or similar style based on availability.
Except as otherwise required by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty of Blackstone Cabinetry LLC and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall Blackstone Cabinetry LLC be liable for consequential, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the installation, use or failure of its products.
